Our founder, Barry Pritchard, recognized the problem with the long standing definition of Small Business. Because of this broad definition, the micro size businesses received little attention from Government, Professional Advisories, and the Media.

With our focus on this new segment of OMBs, we have started from scratch to build a Platform 100% focused on OMBs.

Barry Pritchard Founder & CEO Barry has more than 50 years experience as an accounting advisor to small businesses, as a senior Partner with MNP, the largest CPA firm in Canada.
Paul Mraz Marketing & Sales VP of USA Operations - Paul has achieved remarkable success in sales to both small and large markets.
Geordie Pritchard Technology Geordie has superior critical thinking skills and a firm grasp of business operating needs transcending coding work.

Team Grows

  • In-depth reasearch begins in Development and Marketing

Development Plan

  • Reasearch on technical landscape of Small Business begins
  • A development strategy is formulated
2021

March

  • Our first Pitch Deck and revised Business Plan is completed
  • We pitch to a select audience to gauge interest and gain feedback

June

  • We engage the services of Harvest Venture Builders Inc
  • With Harvest we begin Business Strategy, branding, and readiness for growth services.
  • We are introduced to Kudosee Software Inc.
  • We reach an agreement with Kudosee to provide software development services

August

  • Our intial MVP is completed
  • Testing begins on the Discovery - Business Health Check

October

  • Adapt the MVP to be used as a online Validation Tool for prospective clients
  • We begin the Validation process, interviewing multiple OMBs across North America
2022

January

  • Services are completed with Harvest and our Pitch Deck is complete

February

  • To approach local Funding Groups in Canada

June

  • We begin services with Thin Air Labs Inc.
